Shoes: Active, Booties, Western Boots & Knee Highs (No heels or pumps)

No: lingerie, undergarments, pajamas, swimwear, kids or men's items.

  Ultra-fast fashion with poor construction and short trend cycles

  Trendy but low-quality and hard to resell
• Old Navy, Target brands (Wild Fable, A New Day, Ava & Viv), Walmart brands (Terra & Sky, Time and Tru)
  Budget-friendly but not built to last or resell
• Kmart/Sears brands (Attention, Basic Editions, Route 66)
  Outdated and low demand

🧵 Older Catalog & Mass-Market Brands:

• Not sure about an item, it's okay we are happy to help you out! Just bring it along with you for us to look at.
• Items must be flawless: free of pet hair, odors, snags or damage.
• Don't bring your items inside out please! 
• If your items are covered in dog hair, we will deny the entire bag, this also goes for undergarments. ( Please be respectful ) Dirty panties are not cool to find in bags! Yes, it happens.
• NOTHING OVER 5 YEARS OLD
• Items must be freshly laundered and presented neatly folded in a bag or box please. Trash bags are acceptable as long as clothes are folded.
• Please bring in at least 10 items to open your account but no more than 20!! This does not mean bring in 100 and we accept 20, it means 20 per week max!! 

We accept walk in consignments on Thursday and Friday 10-5 and Saturday 11-4. No appointment necessary, just drop on in. 

If you need a time other than this please message us, we are happy to set an appointment. 

Once you drop off your items we will inspect them for acceptance, this could take up to 10 days. 

Any items that are not accepted will be held for pickup for 3 days or you can choose to have us donate them. You will receive an email stating you have items for pickup. Items not reclaimed within the 3 days will be donated, no exceptions as I do not have storage space! 

Consignors will receive 40% of selling price of each item. 

Items are consigned for 90 days with markdowns happening as follows:

At 30 days, items reduce by 25% in price.

At 60 days, items reduce by 50% in price.

We reserve the right to set the final selling price of any item.

At the 90 day point unsold items are available for pickup by the consignor,  after that it will become property of The Downtown Farmgirl LLC.

NOTICE: IT IS THE CONSIGNORS RESPONSIBILITY TO RECLAIM UNSOLD ITEMS AT EXPIRATION. WE DO NOT NOTIFY YOU.  YOU MUST CALL THE STORE OR COME IN TO LET US KNOW YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS RETURNED TO YOU PRIOR TO THE 90 DAY MARK! 

ITEMS TO BE FOUND DAMAGED, TORN, STAINED ARE AUTOMATICALLY DONATED!!!

Payouts are available at anytime, just stop by the store and ask for a check.   

Payout amounts under $10 will be store credit only.

You will have access to your account online 24 hours a day to see what items have sold and your current balance by logging in at www.thedowntownfarmgirl.shop - using the info on your contract.

Payments not claimed within 6 months from item sale date expire and are forfeited.

We will typically price 30-60% of original retail of your items. Demand and condition play a major factor in pricing as well.  On higher end items we will research and compare currently selling prices via online platforms.
